If your financial information has been lost or believe it’s been stolen, follow the steps below to protect yourself and your money.
If your debit card has been lost or stolen, please call us. During regular business hours (8am to 7pm), please contact KANZA Bank at 888-532-5821. After business hours, please contact our service provider, Data Center Inc (DCI), at 620-694-6767. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
KANZA Bank will not send you emails requesting personal or account information. These fraudulent messages are called “phishing.” If you have received and responded to a message that appears to be from KANZA Bank, notify us immediately by calling 888-532-5821. You may also forward the email to [email protected].
