KANZA Bank Donates to Anthony Care Community Center

March 10, 2023 – KANZA Bank announces a donation to the Anthony Community Care Center. This week, several KANZA Bank employees presented the senior care center with a donation of $1,180 to be used toward continuing ACCC’s support of and outreach in the community.

Throughout 2022, employees at all KANZA Bank locations donated money through a program called, Casual for a Cause. By donating monthly to the program, employees are able to dress more casually, in jeans, on Fridays. After a year of collections, employees who choose to participate at each location, have the opportunity to decide what organization should be the recipient of their donations. KANZA Bank then matches the donation dollars provided by employees, doubling their contribution to the chosen local organization.

“When discussing who to present our charity dollars to, the Anthony location unanimously chose the Anthony Community Care Center. The way in which they support our community and services they provide made it an easy decision”, says Director of Human Resources and Anthony resident, Dusty Pfaff. “The Center is an invaluable part of the community and we’re privileged to be able to help support them.”

The 2022 Casual for a Cause donation recipient in Anthony was HigherGrounds LeatherBounds.

Donation dollars provided to Anthony Community Care Center will benefit residents in a variety of ways, including the activities fund.
